Release of Liability

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a workshop conducted by Photographers Trail Notes LLC. By signing this Release of Liability, I release Photographers Trail Notes LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and their assigns, successors, and heirs from any and all liability for injury or loss of any kind.

I understand that engaging in outdoor photography involves various risks, including the loss of property, personal injury, and, in extreme cases, death. These risks may arise from illness, accidents, natural events, or other causes. While reasonable efforts will be made to avoid hazardous situations, I recognize that I am responsible for my own safety decisions.

Potential risks include bodily injury or death while riding in or operating a water vessel, vehicle, or other means of transportation, as well as injuries or damage to equipment. Additional risks may include hypothermia, hyperthermia, falls, encounters with venomous snakes, and allergic reactions to plants or food. I understand that following instructions can help minimize risks, but not all risks can be predicted or listed in advance. I am fully informed of the risks to my person and property related to my participation in the workshop, and I assume all such risks.

I understand that I may be required to sign release forms from the guides or other operators associated with the workshop. I acknowledge that I am responsible for arranging my own health, accident, and liability insurance if I choose to do so. 

I fully and permanently waive, discharge, and release Photographers Trail Notes LLC, along with its principals, employees, and contractors, from any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, court costs and attorney's fees) arising from any cause whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, travel delays, property damage or loss, bodily injuries, sickness, disease, and death that occur, directly or indirectly, in connection with my participation in the workshop, regardless of whether such events are foreseeable or caused by the negligent acts or omissions of Photographers Trail Notes LLC and its agents.
